Heyyy, I'm Emily! The founder of Love Uncharted and the OG elopement photographer of the crew! From the moment you reach out, I will be here to make your dream elopement become the adventure of a lifetime!

Each attendee will have their own room at a stunning Airbnb! We will stock the Airbnb with plenty of drinks, snacks and light meal items to last the duration of your stay!
A 4+ Star Resort/ Airbnb!
We will have designated time on day 1 for each attendee to have branding photos at a stunning location!

In addition to a fully stocked Airbnb full of your favorite snacks and drinks, we will also have meals prepared during the duration of the retreat!

You may arrive at the booked accommodations anytime after 6PM on September 12, 2025. We will have pizza available at 8PM. Please do not arrive any sooner as the hosts will be stocking & preparing the Airbnb for your stay.
You will need to depart from the booked accommodations no later that 9AM on September 15th, 2024. Breakfast will not be available on this day.
We will have prepared meals for breakfast and lunch on content days. There will be plenty of snacks and drinks available to you throughout the entire retreat.
If you are unable to attend the retreat after purchasing a pass, full refunds will be granted until July 1, 2025. After July 1, 2025, you may resell your pass for no more than the original pass price. You and the buyer must sign a transfer agreement, releasing you of any payment obligations as well as revoking your right to attend any aspects of the retreat. Please be sure to make any personal arrangements necessary BEFORE purchasing your retreat pass.
Pass prices are non-negotiable and will not be discounted for the removal of retreat aspects (accommodations, free day activities, etc.) Passes do not include airfare. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation (car rental, fuel, etc.) unless they have purchased a Retreat + Transportation Pass.
Since we will be visiting surreal locations in both Southern Oregon and Northern California, there will be quite a bit of travel time to locations. If you are not comfortable with a lot of driving during each day, we strongly recommend purchasing a Retreat + Transportation pass, as we will have 2-3 hosts that can provide transportation to attendees as needed. We do not offer transportation to attendees bringing a spouse due to lack of space unless two Retreat + Transportation passes are purchased.

DAY ONE (September 13, 2025)
Day two will feature an all-day mock elopement with one real model couple at Redwood National Park. We will make our way through towering Redwood trees at sunrise, have a mock ceremony in the afternoon, then explore the California coast and have a candlelight picnic at sunset.
DAY TWO (September 14, 2025)
"WHAT EXACTLY DOES the cost of my pass PAY FOR?"
The most important thing to my team and I, is that our content retreat attendees feel that the experience was worth the investment.
While we won't be spending half of the retreat budget on extravagant florals, we will be providing stunning elopement concepts, fun activities, and an overall luxurious experience to every participant.
So what exactly DOES your pass pay for?

"How many attendees will there be?"

We have answers!
We only sell 7 passes to our retreats (not including spouse passes.) This allows us to have a smaller group of 9-10 people total (including 2-3 hosts.) Having a smaller group, while it does mean higher priced passes, allows each attendee plenty of time to capture content. Smaller groups also means no need for rotations or stations, so you won't have to miss out on those perfect moments!
"What is the plan if there is inclement weather?"
Much like real elopements- weather is always unpredictable. While we can't guarantee perfect weather during the retreat, we do have the experience and supplies to guide attendees through concepts during inclement weather. Unless the conditions are unsafe and impossible to shoot in, concepts will go as planned or with minor adjustments.
"Can passes be discounted if we provide our own lodging/ meals?"
The price of all passes is non-negotiable and will not be discounted if an attendee chooses to provide their own lodging/ meals. Everything included in the retreat experience is designed to be fun and stress-free, so we encourage attendees to take advantage of everything their retreat pass includes! Attendees are guaranteed a private bedroom (or shared with a spouse/ another attendee if desired) and are supplied with more than enough food, snacks, and drinks during their stay. You will be able to let us know specific snacks, drinks and items you enjoy, which we will provide.
We strongly encourage making any personal arrangements necessary prior to purchasing your retreat pass (requesting time off work, finding childcare, etc.) As passes are purchased, funds are distributed to the different aspects of the retreat (lodging, models, attire, florals, etc.) therefore limiting our ability to provide full refunds. Attendees may request permission to sell their pass with a transfer agreement signed, however passes can not be sold for more than they were purchased for. Hosts are not liable should an attendee be unable to sell their retreat pass. Passes that are on a payment arrangement that are being transferred or sold must have payment sent to the hosts, not the seller.
Attendees must arrive at the Rogue Valley International - Medford Airport (MFR) between 8AM-2PM on September 12, 2025. Earlier pickup ma be possible but is not guaranteed. We offer two drop off times (5AM and 12PM) on September 15, 2025. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to the lodging if they are not at the airport by 2PM. Attendees are fully responsible for booking flights based on pick up/ drop off times if purchasing a retreat + transportation pass.

Once we have created a detailed elopement retreat experience, it's time to reserve your spot! Choose a retreat pass that best suits what you're searching for, and secure one of the limited spots on our retreat!

Once we reach the deadline (July 1, 2025,) we will start booking accommodations and models, purchasing florals and flat lay details, acquiring attire, and more!

We typically send over information regarding the models, booked accommodations, and any other important information you'll need 2-4 months before the retreat.
